3. Subscription & Access

Access to premium lessons, advanced materials, and certification programs requires an active subscription. Free resources may be available without a subscription at our discretion.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Paynow, EcoCash, NEDBANK). All transactions are receipted in the name of Miracle Moment (Pvt) Ltd.

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.
• Vocational skills plans are one-time payments.
• Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds are issued once access to course materials has been granted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of Arise Africa Network (operated by Miracle Moment Pvt Ltd) and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or redistribute any materials without explicit written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you may not:

• Attempt to hack, breach, or bypass security measures.
• Share your login credentials or account with others.
• Use the platform to transmit malware or harmful code.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the community or the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arise Africa Network provides educational content "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
